Turbo definitely replace the tires with some F1-spec Pirellis. He's just waiting for them to burst, and the drivers to crash.

A friend of mine shot a picture of the front stretch at Pocono, not knowing that the Goodyear trailer was in it (or having gone to the Goodyear trailer earlier in the day). When editing it, he zoomed in on the trailer, saw Turbo poking out, and was equal parts confused and terrified. I think that's his goal in there, honestly.
